Where are your offices located?

Our offices are located in Pleasanton, CA. Our servers however are in Dallas, TX. The central location of our servers allows us to serve all customers from around the world with the fastest connection speeds possible. Update June 24, 2015 Our USA based servers are moving to Houston, TX. | |

Our phone support is all in-house employees, based here in the USA. We pride our self in providing great phone support to escalate issues with staff all perfectly capable of speaking English without hard to understand accents.
