Does Arvixe support Silverlight?

As of writing of this article, only Silverlight 1, 2, and 3 are out now. But since its client-side, we do support it. Visual Studio 2008 just needs to be on the server, which it is by default on all Windows servers. So we support any version of Silverlight.
