What is the difference between Groups and Lists in DNP?

A group is a large forwarder. So I can setup email1 -> email2 & email3 & email4 instead of setting up 3 forwarders. With a list, it's more of a discussion type setup. All emails are within this list and can send email to the email address of the list which gets sent to all other members. The list can be set to receive emails only from members or non-members as well. | |

In a mail list, all the list members receives a copy of the email which sent to mail list.
I want to set if any of list member send emails, the other members receive a copy of it.

That is correct, each address in the list will get a copy of the email that you send to the list.
