While this limit is set to 1000 on our PersonalClass servers (and higher on BusinessClass), none of our servers allow for bulk emailing. Therefore, it will be very hard, if not impossible, to actually reach these limits. Our staff actively monitor the mail queue on each server and respond appropriately.

The limit is high enough that you will not have an issue with a sending limit unless you are bulk emailing, sending mailing lists or newsletters or such and doing that is not allowed on any of our personal or business plans. If mass sending it your main need, I would suggest our marketing class plan http://www.arvixe.com/email_marketing_hosting.php

The account can send no more than 1000 emails per hour. Bulk mailing is any type of newsletter or mass emailing of any kind.

This depends on the type of VPS you have, and the mail server you are running. If you open a ticket with support, they will be able to adjust the settings for you.

You would only be able to do that in a dedicated environment. (VPS or dedicated server)

I want to send 5000 emails in one go using only one of my email address. This I will do once in a month. I have a personal class account.
How can I do it? I will use MS Office mail meagre to do this.

The best way to do this would be using a mailing script which you would install on your hosting account. Please note that such a large amount of email would be recommend only for a VPS/Dedicated server, regardless of how often it is being sent. If you would be able to chunk it up over multiple hours/days (which is usually possible using a mailing list script), then this would likely pose no issue in our shared hosting plans.
