It seems data transfer is 'unlimited' for all accounts, but what does 'bandwidth' mean? if my site says it's exceeded its bandwidth limit, does this mean that there is indeed a limit? pardon my ignorance.

In your PersonalClass plans you have written unlimited data transfer. Is it really unlimited or there is some limit on it.

Yes, however you are limited to a certain amount of 'fair' I/O (input output on the hard drive of the server). More than 99% of our customers, never hit these limits but if you have a very popular website, you may do so.
