Help! My website isn't updating for 60 seconds.
Posted by on 17 January 2013 08:36 AM

Arvixe deploys multiple levels of caching in order to ensure your websites loading speeds are as fast as possible and to ensure that our server loads remain low and uptime reliable. On our Linux servers, we make use of the "Varnish" caching engine which sets in front of Apache, capturing requests in a precompiled state and serving them from memory. In the event that your website is being cached which all websites by default are with minor exclusions, it will be held for 60 seconds. Your website can be opted out of caching at the expense that performance may not be as good because your website will no longer be cached in a precompiled state and served from memory. If you wish to have your website removed from caching because you are having issues with it, please submit a ticket from http://support.arvixe.com

http://www.manifestationmiracle.wealthhealthbreakthrough.com/ has a button to download or link to a pdf file, it has been working fine, tonight I deleted the old pdf in gallery and installed an updated pdf file, but the old pdf file is the one that comes up everytime. What is going on here I go back to file manager and select the new pdf file and click on the view button and the new one shows, but when I load from my website it is the old one, been going on now over a half hour.

Ian, this is a very odd issue. We do not actively use caching such as Varnish any longer, so I'd recommend reaching out to our support team to have this issue investigated.
