Adding an alternative email address to your billing account

How to add an Alternative Email Address to your Billing Account

1) Please go to
2) Log in with your billing username and password.
3) Click "Contact Information" top right of the page. (Image below):

4) Scroll down and add an alternative email address in the white field. Click "Update" on the bottom. You now have a alternative email address on file!
