Fill in the rest of the form and then place your order. Once its paid for and your Hosting Account is set up and your domain is at a 3rd party Domain Registrar, please log in

Hi,
I setup a hosting account with a domain name like "site.com" with your company back in July. I also purchased another domain i.e. "website.com" and pointed it to your DNS Servers. I have been working on "site.com" and it works great. But now I'm about to work on "website.com" and Google tells me it can't find it. I'm sure I have the DNS Servers points to the addresses you provided in your setup email. Please help.

if it says that domain name is pending, does that mean that it is still not connected to server?

This varies depending on if it is an ASP hosting account or Linux (cPanel) hosting account. The best way to get started is by filling out the form at http://www.arvixe.com/ftp.php (after reading over this page) so that way our transfers team can evaluate your request.

I've purchased a domain name elsewhere, and a hosting plan at arvixe. It's unclear to me what I need to change the name servers to on my registrar's site. I can't explicitly stated anywhere on this site. I see only screenshots, which I've seen in 2 places now and they do not agree with each other.

Also, it seems I have to wait 24-48 hours to see a change propagate?

To make use of domains purchased elsewhere, the domain needs to be pointed to our name servers. The propagation period referenced is a standard Window of time in which the domain can appear in "two different places" or behave erratically. Often times this period is no more than a couple hours, and it is a similar process for all hosting providers (this isn't specific to Arvixe, in regards to propagation)

Hey. I have tried to send a ticket through email but no response. I bought a .is domain with isnic and your name servers are not registered there. They said that you need to register them. This can be done here under nameservers->register
https://www.isnic.is/en/

Thank you!! :)

Please reach out to our support department so that way we can get these name servers registered. Without knowing what server you are on, I cannot get this requested complicated via this contact source.
