How do I login to support.arvixe.com?

You can view your correspondence with our sales and support staff at http://support.arvixe.com. To create an account, please either:

  1. Sign up securely at https://support.arvixe.com by using the subscribe tab.
  2. Submit a ticket here. An account will be created for you automatically and the password will be sent back to you.

If you don't receive your password in the response email or forget your password, you can always reset it at https://support.arvixe.com/index.php?_m=core&_a=lostpassword

When I try to go to https://support.arvixe.com/index.php?_m=core&_a=register , I get this:

can you explain to me about the site stripe and if i have one on my site?also i need to know how to know what size banners, widgets or any type of ad will fit on my site, page? also can anybody go to my online bookstore and type whatever they want to buy on my sites search box if they buy it will i get credit for it?

You can reset your password on the login page. If you are unable to do that, any of our live chat or phone technicians will be able to reset it for you as well.

I'm having a problem logging into the support website. It's giving me a message that says "Unable to login. The user account is disabled" with a big red X.

I tried resetting my password, but I get the same error after doing that.
