Can't connect to my website, but others can

Trying to log/view on to your website but nothing is working? Are others able to view it?

If others can see your site, go to http://stats.server.arvixe.com, where server is the name of the server your account is hosted on. If you can't see http://stats.server.arvixe.com then the most likely the case that your IP address is blocked. The next step is to submit a support ticket with your user name and IP address from http://www.whatsmyip.us so we will be able to unblock you and tell you why you were blocked.

That is simply a propagation issue that will resolve itself. When changing the IP address of your website, it may become inaccessible to some users around the world for a short period of time (a few hours).

I used MS Publisher 2007 to create this website. My old website worked well. I just updated the new website, but same domin name.I can read my website www.summersolsticeconsulting.com in my computer, i can open all tabs and links. My other friends can open the front page, but the all tabs and links are not working on their computer. Why? How do i fix it.

That's generally a difference in browser types or versions. I would ask them what browser they are using.

I'm new to this, i tried www.wtchow.com hoping to see just the default (default.aspx) but i do not see it at all. why? Is this how people can see my sites by typing this url ( http://wtchow.com.strawberry.arvixe.com/ ). It would not allow me to add web site pointer (www.wtchow.com)

That domain is showing your default.aspx . It may have needed some time for propagation. I suggest contacting our support if you continue to have issues.

I switched hosts to you and had everything transferred. I redirected my domain and *I* can see the sites, but many others cannot. and http://stats.creativealliancemedia.arvixe.com turns up a page is not available error.

I can see http://www.creativealliancemedia.com/ working at this time, it sounds like your problem may just be the result of DNS propagation. To see the stats page you would actually need to use http://stats.wren.arvixe.com/

Our ip address gets blocked every 2 months or so. It does not seem like a propagation issue. Does anybody know what else can cause it. Could it be that someone is spoofing our ip so we get blocked. If so, can we find out the real ip of the spoofer?

Sounds as though your IP is being blocked due to some trigger. Staff normally should tell you the reason behind the block and most commonly it is from guessing passwords. It is very unlikely that the IP is being spoofed.

I can't access my wordpress website. I can see every time "The connection has timed out". But some of my friends can see my website and others get a 404 error message.
