How to Access cPanel
Posted by on 16 October 2015 03:02 PM
We have recently upgraded security to ensure all logins to webmail, cPanel, and WHM are encrypted. If you have old bookmarks or URLs that you used to access these services, you should change them to the new location.

If you visit http://yourdomain.com.com/cpanel, the server will automatically forward you to the proper place for cPanel access that you can then bookmark.

If you visit http://domain.com.com/whm, the server will automatically forward you to the proper place for WHM access that you can then bookmark.

If you visit http://domain.com.com/webmail, the server will automatically forward you to the proper place for webmail that you can then bookmark.

If you use old URLs, such as mail.domain.com, this can cause connection issues as the server's security will attempt to block any actions from being taken there. Allowing the server to redirect you by accessing:

domain.com/webmail
domain.com/cpanel
domain.com/whm

to the proper place will ensure that you don't face these issues.
