Per a blog entry at BoonEX: http://www.boonex.com/unity/blog/entry/Orca_displays_a_blank_page Orca requires DOMXML and XSLT support. These PHP extensions are built in on version 5 but are not available in version 4. Almost 100% of Arvixe's servers run PHP 5 by default. However, if you are on an older server, the server default may still be PHP 4. To change the version of PHP that your account is running, login to cPanel and under PHP Configuration change the version from "System Default" to "PHP 5". It should resolve your issue. | |

We supply 5.2, 5.3, 5.4 and 5.5. You may select the default version for each of the directories in your web root.

If our web hosting was set up with PersonalClass ASP, and uses the WebSitePanel and not cpanel, how do I change or select the php version?

On an ASP account, from the control panel you would navigate to Web > websites > website name > extensions tab and there is a drop down box for PHP with various versions.
