Only one of our email accounts suddenly stopped working. Why?

While you may need to contact support for the exact reason, almost 100% of cases where only one email box stops working is because the mailbox is full. When setting up an account, you would have set a quota for each email account through your control panel. That quota has been reached. To remedy this you have 2 choices:

Probably for most cases that's the best answer. But my accounts stopped working a few days ago - I cannot send email messages to my own account! The email that I send from gmail.com are rejected with SpamCop that you installed. I don't want my emails to be filteres somehow! I want to receive all email messages. And I don't care what's installed on the server if I cannot fix it myself and have to contact you people every time. Sorry, it's inconvenient both for me and time consuming for you.

If your emails from Gmail are being rejected due to Gmail's IPs being on spamcop, this is a huge deal. Spamcop is a trusted authority and I'm sure that Gmail will quickly remove their IPs from the list. However, the burden and issues fall upon Gmail for getting their IPs listed in spamcop to begin with. We do not do any other level of filtering for incoming mail (unless the customer enables it) but SpamCop and SpamHaus. These are highly reputable lists where providers such as Gmail should not be placed on. And if they are placed on such lists, I'm sure they will take care of it quite quickly.
I strongly suggest that you email us the bounce back so we can properly review it if the above is not the case.

@Arvand, you say "I strongly suggest that you email us the bounce back so we can properly review it if the above is not the case."
I created a new email and forwarded to gmail, it also bounces back. Where do I forward the bounce back email?

It sounds like Gmail is blocking your forwarded emails. You should open a new support ticket using our help desk or by emailing support (at) arvixe.com and include the bounce back error and email header. We can then take a look at the mail logs for you to determine the cause.

You would need to login to webmail. The link varies depending on your account type, but for linux based you will use www.yourdomain.com/webmail, or if on windows just mail.yourdomain.com
