What is the lowest price I can sell a domain for using this? For example, can I sell a domain to a client for $6.95/yr ? I need an exact figure and what factors may influence this price

You can sell it for that amount but you are losing money. IE, we allow
our clients to transfer domains to us for $7.95. We lose money on that.
But we do it as a promotional offer. You charge your customers what you
do, you pay enom what they want you to pay them.
