It has come to our attention that Comcast users are having issues reaching out Alpha server.

Our admins are working with both the Data CenterSupport and Comcast to get this issue resolved.

As of 3PM  PST,  the Data Center has contacted softlayer to have the routing issues resolved.

 Update:  Reached the Comcast National Team  found the routing issue  and they  are resolving the problem.  All comcast users will be bvack to normal later today.

As of  9/19/2014  at about 6pm  this matter was resolved.  Comcast users were able to reach sites on my alpha servers

There is an issue in the Avanquest systems that is causing an error when you try to bring up the help files for the software.

We apologize for the inconvenience, please use this link as a workaround until they get the issue resolved.
